P. Garrett Wyckoff
P. Garrett “Pete” Wyckoff graduated from Summerville High School in 1977 and graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina in 1981 where the faculty voted him the Outstanding Graduating Senior in the School of Government and International Studies. He was also inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He went on to graduate from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1984.
After law school, Pete served in the Solicitor’s office and the Public Defender’s office before joining the Charleston law firm of Brock & Hitchcock, P.A.
In 1988 Pete opened his own firm with an emphasis on general trial work. Shortly thereafter, Pete developed an interest in real estate law. Pete’s dedication to his clients and high standards for his practice quickly led to the firm’s prominence in real estate transactions. By 1992 Pete’s sole area of practice was real estate.
Pete is married to Jennifer, who grew up in nearby Hanahan. Pete and Jennifer have two sons and live close to Pete’s boyhood home in Summerville.
With over 20 years experience representing clients in real estate transactions, Pete is a well-respected real estate closing attorney dedicated to superior service. He consistently puts people first and aggressively promotes the interests of his clients.
